We will need a deposit to secure your booking, this is refundable provided you give at least 7 days notice if you need to cancel.
We are able to take cash, cheques or credit or debit cards, please note there is a 2% charge for using a personal credit card.

Rooms
Our accommodation is rated 4 star by Enjoy England so you can expect a warm welcome, comfortable surroundings and a freshly cooked breakfast.
Snuggle under Goose feather duvets with soft bed linen, and after a refreshing shower, wrap up in our large white fluffy towels.
Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee & biscuits in your room and a tasty Lincolnshire breakfast in our light and spacious dining room.
Most of our rooms will accommodate a travel cot at no extra charge.
Double room
Our double room has a comfortable King size bed and walk-in shower.
Twin/Double room
This room has views over the canal at the front of the house.
Single room
This is a spacious single room overlooking the rear garden.
Dining room
Breakfast is served in our dining room and ranges from Full English (made with locally sourced produce) to bagels served with home made jam. A vegetarian breakfast and a gluten-free Coeliac breakfast is also available.
Guest Lounge
We have a guest lounge for your use. This is comfortably furnished and is a "TV free" zone. A selection of games and books are also available.
We aim to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible, for this reason we do not take pets or allow smoking.
Children are always welcome and are free of charge if they are in a travel cot in your room.
You can check in from 4pm and earlier by arrangement, please check out by 10 am.
There is off road parking in front of the house.
